Hi! I have EZ Touch Mini PLC connected to TCP driver in ignition. But i cannot browse their I/O tags. Need Help! Thanks

You can’t browse tags though MODBUS TCP.
The EZPLC software docs have the Memory-to-MODBUS mappings. Section 7.3 as of this writing:

Then you’ll need to set up your tags either through the driver or through the tag dialog. Personally, I’ve had better luck through the tag dialog.

In addition to what Jordan said, make sure you’re actually using the Modbus TCP driver and not the generic TCP driver, which is only really meant for listening to things like barcode scanners that just emit pattered data to anything connected to it.
