Failed Login

Hi I have a problem in Database Connection Configuration. When I try to test connection I get fault of Login failed as per attachment.

What would be the cause of this?

Just to add when I log in as sa all is fine???

Can you log on as that user in SQL Server Management Studio Express edition from that computer? You often have to allow connection from permissions in the SQL Server for users. There is usually from anywhere (%) or from specific IP addresses.
