I have a problem when i open a view with video player on Kioske Mode , cannot play the video
but in web browser it works
How are the video(s) in question encoded?

MP4 is a container format, not the encoding format.

Open the file in a (good) video player like VLC and it should have some way to show information about the file, eg:
"Container" formats like MP4 are like ZIP archives - they can contain many different audio and video streams, which could each potentially have their own internal file formats (encodings). Those encoding formats are where the actual process of translating binary data into video or audio is happening.

i tried with OGV format but the video is slow
i converted to AV1 format an it work very well , thank very much
