we had a two day long outage on our primary server in a mission critical setup recently.
All the clients that were operational at the time swapped over to the backup which was no problem.
The problem is that none of the new clients that were launched would connect to the backup server. I had to wander around teaching people how to find and connect to the backup server manually
Can we get the backup server included in the launch shortcut with some logic so that if connection is not made to the primary, it automatically tries to connect to the backup?
This is the way our RSView32 Rapid Active Display shortcuts work.
