Hi
Can some body help me, on how to use view(like template) on map component in perspective?
Also I want to create 3 different markups on different zoom range to display.
Is it possible to access map component user zoom level so bind that to visibility of an view?
Hi,
We recently added a view layer to the list of ui layers belonging to the map component. It can be configured using a coordinate position and view path. Views can also be configured as the content of popups and tooltips. If you don’t see this in your current map component, you may need to add it manually using a new map component (dragged from the component palette) as reference. While we continue to develop and iterate components, components that are part of a current view in your project will not automatically update their props to match new changes. Showing markers at various zoom levels and managing the zoom level is a feature that can be added, however, unfortunately, it’s not currently exposed to designers. I will create a feature ticket to add this within the next few weeks.

Hi
Thanks great news. I hope it will be added before there full v8 release.
By the way similar to this, the web browser engine has zoom and pan capability. I’d like to know do you have any plan to use it for cluttering and decluttering in view?
Most electrical SCADA application use this feature to show different details in different zoom level for ‘Single line diagram’.
I add a link of an example to show what I mean:
Hi,
Yes, we have a feature ticket already to explore exposing more browser level properties in session props.
