[FEATURE-4014] Edit function on comments panel

I am using the comments panel to register system issues and some other information.
At this moment i only can use a delete function and not a update function.
Is there a way the update a existing comment?

So the Comments Panel Component doesn’t currently have that ability built in, although I have made a feature request to add the ability to do so.
