[FEATURE] 8.1.7 Add tag changes into undo stack

Haha, actually no, I deleted some bogus tags and thought I’d do some “quality assurance” testing by seeing if I could undelete them now (I already knew deletes were missing from the undo stack in previous versions). I’d hoped they’d made it into later versions, seems kinda important. I guess there are lots of important things though!
