[FEATURE] Allow Markdown in Gateway Notes section

It’d be nice to be able to add Markdown in the GW notes section on the web portal to format the text nicely and add url links

I’m on 8.3.2 at the moment which does fix the inability in 8.3.1 to add line breaks, but markdown isn’t supported at the moment
