[FEATURE] Perspective Tree - Allow adding tooltips to individual items

Instead of adding a tooltip to the entire Tree component, I'd like to have individual tooltips for each item in the tree.

I'm not sure if this translates well to the Perspective tree, but some components are like this in Vision, and I simply change the tool tip text property as needed using the pointer position during the mouse moved event.

This was my initial thought as well, but there's no way (without hacks) to get the currently highlighted/hovered item in a Tree, so unfortunately this isn't possible here

Not well at all, with the round trips for scripting. It really needs to be built into the component.
