If a y-axis has 4 pens associated with it and all of those pens are not visible on the chart, then I don't want to see the y-axis at all since it's no longer useful. It also takes up valuable screen real estate, particularly on mobile.
It would be good if there was an option added for each axis to be able to hide it if all of the pens using it have visible: false.
