Ignition 8.3.1

Drawing Editor is a huge addition for Igntion :clap: :clap: :clap:

A very annoying point for the drawing editor in 8.3.1:
css variables for color declared in stylessheet.css are ok for bindings in the designer and the perspective client but they are ignored by the Drawing editor designer windows...
All color are replaced by black and it become difficult to select each form...

I tried var() or directly the variable name, and restarted the designer...

Submitted some feedback through the form but also posting here of things I'd like to see added:

  1. Align as row/column - Add the ability to distribute evenly rather than specifying a padding amount. This is also badly needed in designer as well.
  2. Move by offset - Add ability to multiselect a group of objects and move them all by say ~20 pixels instead of needing to do figure out the X,Y coordinates separately.
  3. Moving in general - Most programs you click and drag the object anywhere on the object. The drawing tool needing to only click on the center icon is less intuitive.
  4. Rotation by angle - We can only mirror and rotate by 90 degrees. It'd be nice to be able to do by 45 degrees or really any angle if we're designing vessels and tanks and such. Trying to make a conveyor at sloped would be much easier to design it flat then rotate it before adding on other pieces to it for example.
  5. Pen tool - Most programs end the path by right clicking rather than having to hit enter
