Does anyone know of a good way to look up more information about a given opc subscription? How I could look up the tag(s) associated with these ids:
Not in v7.9, unfortunately. v8.1 has much more meta-data attached to log entries for these situations. You'll have to experiment with enabling/disabling devices and/or tag providers to narrow it down.

We do have a module we've written some custom code in. Perhaps I could make some new script functions to lookup more info...
