Hey guys, I was just curious if any of you have tried to implement a fingerprint scanning process with Ignition. we are trying to move forward with using those and I was trying to figure out if they will work with Ignition. Thanks

Stopped looking into this. I couldn’t find a good option as for direct interaction of Ignition with the Scanner so I stopped looking into it. I did look around and there are companies that integrate plc and finger print functionality but it wont be cheap.
if your familiar with arduino you can implement a fingerprint scanner into it and modbus TCP the data into ignition. I use this type of setup for all kinds of little projects. Adafruit has some good scanners and the arduino parts.
