When the user submits the form, is it possible to save the form data as a PDF file on the system?
Also looking for a solution to this topic… Only thing i have found so far would be to create a report with the form data. This is in our case nearly impossible. Hope there are some inputs here.

What makes it nearly impossible for your case?
The form is quite dynamic reaching from 8 to 50+ widgets and multiple checkboxes with more then 20 answers. Additional there are Signitures at the end of the view we also want to have in the final Document.
Have not found a solid way yet, to make the report dynamic enough to have, depending on the length of the incoming final dataset multiple pages. Also the possibilities to display selected checkboxes, radios are kind of limited.
Target would be to only have the filled values in the final document and this in a formation that can be handed out to external personal visiting/working on our site.
Usecase is a permit to work with safety rules…
