Form Fields reset/lose their values

We have a form that lab techs will input data into after some testing, they will pre-fill the form while the test finishes, but for some reason that information will disappear. Has anyone run into anything like this?

The only thing I can imagine that is happening is that the connection is over wifi and the websocket reconnection is refreshing the page, but I don't know what else it could be at this point.

Need a few more details to dial in what's happening.

What type of controls are they inputting data into?
Are there bindings on the fields?
If bindings are present, are bindings bidirectional?

Edit:
I should also have asked what version of Ignition you're running.

Ignition standard 8.3.2 (b2025120210)
Using keyboard and mouse to input to standard Form component Inputs for numbers
No bindings set on any of the inputs, there are calculated fields that use bindings to read the values from the inputs

After the submit button is pressed it validates everything, writes to the database, then if successfully inserts it clears the form.

I'm not sure.

Try adding a logger into your handler that clears the form and see if it's getting triggered at a time you don't expect.

I can imagine a scenario where you have more than one client and a submission from one client clears the forms on other clients. A logger should give you some visibility on what's happening. It's probably good to include something about the session in the logs to dial in what's happening.
