So I’m digging the new form component and I’ve been testing its offline use.
Maybe I’m missing something but is there a way to disable the automatic refresh when a project reconnects to the gateway?
Let’s say I am in a spotty network spot and I am filling out a long form. When the project reconnects to the gateway, it resets all the progress I made on the form. In the past I would tie the answers of the form to a tag array to keep persistence of the progress made but I’m not a fan of that for a number of reasons. I’ve tested storing form data to the session properties as well. It may not be just spotty situations either. Could happen when hopping between access points while walking around doing a shift tour. Maybe we just go into airplane mode during this situation, complete the form, submit and then just reconnect when the network is stable again?
