Has the threshold for the Guidance Counsellor badge changed? I was recently notified that I'd achieved it, but it has since disappeared even though I'm now up to 12 Solutions...

Are you asking why the badge doesn't appear next to your username? Do you have the title turned on in your user settings?

Hmm, the badge is still enabled and only requires 10 solutions.
I did turn it on, which is why I noticed that it disappeared. My user settings no longer give me that option.

It has disappeared from your public profile, even though your profile also says you have 12 solutions.
Log out and log in, wait a day or two and see if Discourse fixes a bug

What happens if someone selects a reply as the solution, but later unselects it or selects a newer post as the solution?
That's what I figured must have happened until I saw that I'm still listed as having 12 solutions...

As a test I just turned mine on... didn't know you had to do it manually
Today I see it announced once again that I've earned it, and gave me the option to select it as my title.
You may be caught in a time loop.
Look for feelings of deja-vu.
