Is there anything we can do to keep FPMI from going into demo mode. It happens quite often now and we have to restart the service to get it back running in licensed mode.
Do you have a HASP key (USB) or electronic activation?
We are using HASP key activation. Any ideas?
Not exactly sure what is going on. FactoryPMI tries to detect the key every few minutes or so. Maybe it has a hard time seeing the key. We can try one of two things:
- Activate FactoryPMI using the electronic activation for fallback
- Try another USB port for the key
If you want to try 1 contact your sales rep and let them know I sent you.
Upgrading the HASP drivers is always worth a try too.
