Would it be possible to create a feature to allow connection to a Google Spreadsheet as a data source? This would make for a simple way to provide web based status pages that could be accessed from mobile phone browsers and another powerful way of sharing data throughout an enterprise.
Well, it certainly looks like the Google Docs API offers enough options for interacting with documents, but we’ve never looked into it before.
Perhaps shortly in the future it will make sense to take another glance at what we could do…
