10.100.3.143 is a redundant gateway.
My backup server is not started.

Have you tried looking at the tag [System]Gateway/Redundancy/Connection/IsConnected?
Yes, the tag you mention is ok for the Connection status beetween of the 2 nodes of a redundant gateway.
In my use case, I have a "scaleout" architecture whith a front end server a some redundant tag and IO servers.
I would like to monitor the GAN connection between the front end gateway and others gateway
Gateway/Gateway Network/.. system tags from the front end server are not very explicit...
