I came in to work this morning and my supervisor showed me a certain view in one of our vision clients. I've attached a picture below.
What I see on my computer and others that I have checked look completely normal
Why is my supervisor's computer looking so garbled? We've tried multiple computer restarts and re-adding the vision client to the launcher. Any advice? Thanks
On the affected computer, try closing the client and launcher down, then deleting the .ignition folder located in the user home directory, then try launching again.
We closed all instances of vision clients and deleted .ignition folder but still garbled text.
Is the project using a custom font that isn't on that PC or something?
You might need to call support and get them to take a look. Not sure what's going on there.
Ah you are correct, it was the font. I changed it from Roboto to Arial and problem fixed immediately. Thanks!
