Gatewary is Faulted... I'm making a new installation and can't get the gateway running

I am installing Ignition and cannot get the gateway running.
I already reviewed similar conversations but haven’t found an answer.
Could anyone assist?

Can you provide any more details and upload your wrapper logs?

I am trying to upload the wrapper log but the page says “Sorry, new users can not upload attachments”.
I have run Ignition before on my laptop, then I made a windows clean install and now I cannot run ignition again.
Do you have an email address so I can send the wrapper log? otherwise, I can copy and paste the text here…

What version of Java do you have installed?

This are the java installations I have

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-12.0.1
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_211
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_211

I think it’s trying to run with Java 12, which is a problem.

if you don’t want to uninstall 12 you can modify ignition.conf to point the wrapper.java.command property to the full path to the Java 8 executable.

I was able to modify the ingition.conf with the right Java installation path.
