Guys could you help, the gateway is starting but when I start GCU it gets stuck as per screen shot. Am running 7.3.3.

I think I solved my problem, did not have full control in permissions for the folder…

That is correct. Windows 7 has increased security features that sometimes cause some issues with launching the GCU. Right clicking the icon for the GCU and then clicking to run as administrator or launching the GCU from the command line via a command prompt that has been launched in administrator mode are two other ways to get around that issue.
