I have found a strange issue for my gateway. the CPU usage is always 7.5% and keep no change (A flat line trend).
I know this should be an issue and ask the company IT team to check at installation server side and the reply is the CPU usage ratio at task manager is ok (normal changing) and the software have no issue. (below snapshot).

Does anyone have any idea where might be the issue come from?
Is this in a Windows-based VM? I've seen where in a VM the CPU stops reporting. I don't know why... but a gateway restart sometimes corrects it. Othertimes it is a restart of the VM.
Yes, I think it is in a windows-based VM. We have different sites with individual gateway webpage separately. I can only access my site web page. I will further check with other sites to see if they have ever found same issue.
