I need help, is there any way I can recover previous license code of the gateway? i activated the wrong gateway and applied new license to it, is there any way to recover the previous one?

As lrose pointed out, you need to contact IA Support Directly.
This wasn't them refusing to help, IA Support literally control the license server and the activation system and will work with you to recover the license.
There is no "user serviceable" parts of the licensing system we can really help with.
No, because a license key is a valuable piece of information--it needs protecting. Your own purchase records will have it. Your sales agent at IA can help you figure it out, but probably only after some proof you are who you say you are.
