Although to clarify slightly - the amount of memory each mobile client gets is determined by the setting @JordanCClark pointed out, but that’s still taken as a slice out of the overall gateway heap memory - so running many mobile clients will require a lot of gateway memory, even if your gateway itself doesn’t typically need that much.
