Gateway Network Outgoing Conn

Hi all

We have multiple Edge servers and for the most part they run without any issues and are connected to a main SCADA system. But there are times where they display as ‘Running’ on the Gateway but there’s not data coming into the Reference tags on the main system. When I click on Reset then the data comes in but is there any way I can get a notification if a connection isn’t running when it says that it is.

I do have an email alarm set up whereby if the connection goes down then we get an alert but this will not work in this instance as the gateway is telling me that it’s running!

Create a tag that is your central gateway time minus your reference time from the end device. Alarm if the difference is greater than X.
