Gateway Network Outgoing Faults

I am using Ignition Edge on 3 identical machines which are running on Raspberry Pi 5’s.

We built one of these ignition gateways fully with project then just created backups to install onto the other two machines. I am now trying to connect these three machines to our central gateway through the gateway network but am getting faults on 2 and 3 after 1 is connected. I realized the Local Cert has the same serial for all 3 (assuming because duplication). How do I go about creating new ones for Gateway’s 2 and 3 so that they can all be connected to main at once then become agents of that gateway using their EAM modules?

Find the .uuid file (depending on your version I can give you a more specific location), shut the gateway down, delete the file, restart the gateway.

Using ignition edge Linux aarch 8.1.48

do you know where the file location would be in Linux AARCH 8.1.48? I need to update these files on two edge gateways that were copied from the first gateway. I dont want to have to have someone reinstall edge on these systems.

If you are cloning Gateways to then be connected via Gateway Network, it is important to notice that there is a Gateway unique identifier in %IgnitionInstallationDirectory%/data/.uuid.

On Linux the default installation directory is /usr/local/bin/ignition:
