Gateway Read timed out when trying to querry data from tag historian

Hi,

I try to read tag histrory data from gateway with the function system.tag.queryTagHistory
But when I try to read a large data set (tag histrory at each hour for the last 2 years), I get a Gateway Read timed out error. Is it possible to change the timed out value?

Why are you getting so much data?
Are you using aggregation (system.tag.queryTagHistory | Ignition User Manual)?

Client wants to gather all of those data... Is there a better way to download those data? Maybe I could dump those files every month.

How much use a raw dump would be depends what the data is and what settings were used in recording it. Data compression, for example, will reduce the number of points stored, etc., and it has to be interpreted with care.
