Gateway started but no responding

Hello,

I faced problem that Ignition service gateway was started but no data collect to database and can’t access to ignition start page. my temporary action is restart it again :frowning:

Did someone faced problem like me ? please give me any suggestions cause of i want to know and how to avoid when it unavailable

Are there any errors in logs/wrapper.log around the time of the previous failure?
