Is there an “install.log” file somewhere in the install directory or in ~/.ignition

Negative. Do not see an “install.log”…
the log file should appear in the install directory once you close the installer. otherwise it will be in your user directory. something like C:\Users\YOU\.ignition\install\install.log
The screen shot doesn’t really help, can you post the entire log file?
