Gateway Startup Issue

Not sure what is keeping the Gateway from starting up. And don’t see a wrapper log generated.

Is there an “install.log” file somewhere in the install directory or in ~/.ignition?

Negative. Do not see an “install.log”…

the log file should appear in the install directory once you close the installer. otherwise it will be in your user directory. something like C:\Users\YOU\.ignition\install\install.log

Oh got it. Here is a screen shot.

The screen shot doesn’t really help, can you post the entire log file?
