In the Ignition Gateway Version: 8.1.45, the Connected Devices count does not include the Initialized BacnetIpDevice, could you add a new metric or include those in this metric? Gateway/Status/Device
That metric simply counts the devices where their status string literally starts with Connected. Devices that cannot represent connection status as trivially as Connected versus Not connected simply cannot fit that metric.
Consider making a feature requested to enhance that summary to the quantity of each unique status string. (Feature requests are tracked at the Ideas site.)
