We are setting up a new gateway and are wondering if there is a better approach of getting tags setup on the server. Currently we export tags to JSON and then once our new gateway is online we will connect to the gateway with designer and import our tags.

Is there a folder that we can populate with tags information similar to the way we move projects and theme to the new gateway.

We are working to create a derived image that will have an auto sync with git.

Tags are currently still in the internal database. Theoretically, after commissioning (or auto-commissioning), you could shut the gateway back down and populate the relevant tables. Totally unsupported, of course.
