Another stupid question, I tried to load an alarm on the the Status tag in the Gateway on one of my devices so that if the status changed from "Connected" to anything else it would use the specified Active Pipeline. The alarm triggers and it shows up in an Alarm table, but it ignores the Active Pipeline I set. I know the Pipeline is working for other tags just fine. I guess Gateway tag Alarms ignore pipelines? I thought Pipelines also worked at the Gateway level? I assume I'm doing something wrong.
There are multiple reasons that could be causing an alarm pipeline execution to fail. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Department and opening a ticket, where someone can inspect your system.
