Gateway Time Zone Off by 1 hour

I have an installation where the Host OS timezone is correct, but the Ignition Gateway time is 1 hour behind.
I cannot find a timezone attribute in the ignition.conf file.
How would I go about adding the timezone for Mountain Time Calgary ?

In the additional parameters section of ignition.conf you can add a line that sets -Duser.timezone to one of these: https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/12211/wcs/tag-ref/MISC/TimeZones.html
