GatewayException: Read timed out

We have a user trying to launch the Ignition Gateway Client both remotely through an RDP connection and locally on the Ignition Server itself with the Ignition Client shortcut on the desktop. In both cases he cannot log into Ignition. He gets an error Message Error during login and the Details: GatewayException: read timed out caused by SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out.

The user account is a Domain Administrator and we believe we have given him full access to Ignition.

We’ve confirmed that we can reach the Domain Controllers for authentication. We’ve increased the Read Timeout from 60000 to 120000. We can not find anything in the wrapper log, but I am attaching it. The last attempt to login was 18:52.
