Gateways network: messages to remote gateway

Hi all,
I succeded to create a gateway network between an Ignition gateway v. 8.0.16 and an Ignition gateway v. 7.9.9. Now if I try to issue a sendMessage with scope='G' from gateway v. 8.0.16 to v. 7.9.9. the following exceptions are logged to the 7.9.9 wrapper.log:

first exception

Any suggestion? Different Ignition gateway versions matter?

Yes, absolutely. Sending messages between 7.9 and 8.0 requires the different gateways be at least version 7.9.14 or 8.0.11, respectively.
