Ignition 8.1. Currently have three reports that email daily. Up until recently everything has been fine. Now when the reports go out, there will be three additional reports that send three hours later and are blank. They all say Ignition Report Module Trail. The only changes on my end was renaming two of the reports. Steps I have taking: Restart gateway, disable and reenable report schedule, renaming reports back. These might work for a day or so then the blank reports email again. The only thing I see in the logs was the attempt to email the previous named reports. Which is why I renamed them back and restarted the gateway in case something was cached.
If it says trial, and the genuine report comes from a report that is licensed, has someone restored a gateway backup somewhere else on the network?
