update I did find how to create the block that allows me to add tags in one set up steps but I am guessing there is something wrong in my kepware config.

Which model Moxa device are you using. I am still unable to get the device to connect to Kepware

Ok same here. I must still have something not quite right. I confirmed the settings on the HAAS machine. Also, the settings on the moxa seem to be correct. Still seeing only bad tags in Kepware.
