It would vary based on device and model, but possibly.
The big thing it needs is a new enough browser for HTML5 support(I would guess most new ones will meet this requirement, but haven't used any for a few years), or if you buy one running Android you could potentially run the perspective app. I think the scanners on these are typically keyboard simulated so should integrate with the Ignition screes as well.
If you are looking at Keyence in particular, they may have recommendations on what could work best for this.
