Hanwha QNV-8080R cant figure out the URL for the IP camera viewer

hanwha QNV-8080R I need help on the url needed to put this on the ip camera viewer

That's the datasheet. You need the user manual.

It appears to be just http://ip:port, default VNP port is 4520, but there's other setups depending on how the camera is connected.

Can you browse to it with your web browser?

By factory default, the IP address will be assigned from the DHCP server automatically.
If there is no DHCP server available, the IP address will be set to 192.168.1.100.
To change the IP address, use the IP Installer.
For further details on IP Installer use, refer to “Static IP Setup”. (Page 25)

there is already an IP set up and its working I just cant get it displaying on ignition
Using http://10.194.46.190:80 dint work either. Its giving me an IO:Exception stream is not a Mjpeg stream I checked the settings on the camera though and is set for Mjpeg

OK, but you're dribbling out bits of information here that should have all been in the original post. I'm giving up, I'm afraid.
