I have not used the hardware you referenced. For the last few year I have used Neteon GW5110 and GW5120. The reason I like these devices is the multiple modes (RS232/422/485, client/server, tcpip/udp ) and tunneling capabilities. Additionally, the wireless connection status and strength is displayed via an LED array. The visual signal strength from the led array has proven its value many times ref antennae adjustment and node placement.
