When anyone hits the gateway they have to log in twice. Second time it always goes through. The Designer goes through on the first try always. Any ideas?
We are using XP SP3 and firefox mostly.
What happens the first time? What kind of authentication profile is the Gateway using?
The gateway is using the “default” profile, we just added some users and roles.
The first time you enter your user name and password then hit enter or click login it just blinks screen and blanks out both fields. The second time it goes right through.
That almost sounds like the browser has lost its session cookie or something. Try it on different browsers and see if it exhibits the same behavior.

I will give that a try in the near future. I may have something to do with our domain and group policies also, which I need to check into.
