Help getting started

Having pushed scripting to its limit, I have finally reached the point where I have to start programming in Java. (ugh - to close to C)

So to start I want to add behaviors to the container and path components. I’m sure I can just extend these classes but I can’t find the right class in the API. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Have you taken a look at Kevin’s post here? … it doesn’t directly address your question but might offer an easier alternative.

Thanks Bryan, I actually have the feed to his blog. But it is good to be reminded to look at old postings every so often. There is a wealth of knowledge on these forums.
