I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has faced this issue. I have just finished the Ignition 8.3 IU Credential and my dashboard shows 100% completion across all required courses and even the elective studies.
According to my account, the credential was officially earned on May 1, 2026. However, I’m having trouble actually getting the certificate file. Every time I try to print or download it, the site just redirects me back to the homepage or tells me to visit the university site, but no PDF is generated.
I’ve verified that every single section is marked as complete. Does the system usually take a few days to "generate" the actual certificate after hitting 100%, or is this a known technical bug?
