Converting a standard application we have for CIP monitoring. Need to make it localized for Quebec based installs, and am using language switching in V7.7.
is there any way to access the text in Titled Borders?

Doh!
Looks like I missed that in the component translation work. I’ve made a ticket to get this fixed.

Looks like I’ll have a fix in 7.7.2, but in the mean time there’s something you can do.
The border can be bound to an expression, and the expression can translate itself. So you could do toBorder("paneltitled;"+translate("Recent runs"))
The downside to this approach is that you have to do it on each component.

Great Kathy, Thanks.
I only have a few bordered components so that will not be too painful
Hello did this get fixed? I’m in 7.9.9 and don’t see the titled panel showing up in translations? Thanks!
Yes, it was in 7.7.2. If you’re having issues, contact support so they can walk you through it.
Hello
It is still a problem in 7.9.12 and I have quite a lot of instances.
Is there some universal way to fix it, besides contacting support?
As far as I know it’s working, so contacting support is a good idea.
Thank you for your reply!
I found a solution for my problem. For some reason the terms do not pop-up under the translation properties, but once I created key terms with the exact format as in the Titled panel, it did it’s job and now works like a charm.
