Hide menubar through scripting function

I would like the ability to hide the menubar through a scripting function.

This would be very useful for creating custom lock screens for when we don’t want the user to be able to click anything besides the lock window!

Another option instead of a menubar hiding function would be to allow the creation of a super window which could float, maximized, above all windows and the menubar.

Another option instead of a menubar hiding function would be to allow the creation of a super window which could float, maximized, above all windows and the menubar.

It would also be nice if pop-up windows could exist outside of the project window. For example, on multiple monitor systems a pop-up window could be opened and dragged over to the other monitor while the main project window remains on the original monitor.
