Is there a way to associate tags with a project and hide or show those tags accordingly? I am working on three projects currently and it would be helpful to show only the tags that are associated with the current project.
No. Tags are global. Except for Vision Client Tags, which exist separately in each client.
You could make additional realtime tag providers and change the default provider for each project. It doesn’t prevent cross-project access, but minimizes it.

Unfortunately I don’t have control over the tag paths/providers. This would strictly be for visual organization in designer so no cross-project restrictions would be necessary. I’ll make a feature request and see if it sticks. Thanks!
