You can remove all the custom menu items on the bar at the top of the project, but then the Help and Windows menus are still available. I was wondering if there is a way to completely hide or remove the bar. The login screen is an example of exactly what I am looking to do.

The FactoryPMI Windows Menu can be removed if you go to the Project Properties (Project->Project Settings OR click the background without a window open OR select the top (Project) Node on the Project Browser Tree). The property is called Hide Windows Menu.
I’ve added a feature request to have a similar Hide Help Menu.
