Historian Core module is not licensed for this functionality

While creating an Easy Chart template under 8.3.2, when entering a Tag Path under the Data section I receive an error stating “The Historian Core module is not licensed for this functionality”. Can you seriously not use a tag from Historian Core or is this just a bug?

Could you please elaborate on your setup? What edition are you working with, Platform, Edge, Maker? How does the module health(Platform > System > Module) look? Was this an upgrade from 8.1 or a clean install of 8.3.2?

Platform 8.3 Module health Active. Upgrade of 8.1

I think the problem was I did not realize my trial time had expired. Never had that be an issue in Designer before so may have jumped the gun in posting. It is working correctly after Trial Reset.

I noticed this the other day myself. It was a message that never showed up in 8.1, but in 8.3 it showed up when the trial had expired. Definitely catches you off guard when doing development (especially since I do a lot of development on an expired trial and only reset it when I need to do testing).
